The Building Safety Levy information is required to be included in the annex to an Initial Notice where the building work relates to the provision of one or more dwellings and/or one or more purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) bedspaces, subject to the applicable exclusions.

I understand that further Building Safety Levy information may be required at the commencement stage and that I am responsible for providing the information required by the Building Safety Levy (England) Regulations 2025 to the relevant collecting authority, unless this is provided on my behalf in accordance with the regulations.

I understand that, where a Building Safety Levy is payable, the levy must be dealt with in accordance with the Building Safety Levy (England) Regulations 2025 and that failure to provide the required information or satisfy the levy requirements may result in a delay to the issue of the Final Certificate.
